2. To the use of the data provided in the enquiry fields and any subsequent correspondence (“the data”) as follows:
i. collection and storage of the data in a secure and encrypted format in line with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulations (“GDPR”).
ii. processing of the data by representatives of HelpMees to provide you with a tailored snapshot review of your position in respect of the MEES Regulations.
iii. in line with GDPR requirements, you have the right at any time to request that the data be securely removed and deleted in full from the records of HelpMees.

3. You accept that the service offered by HelpMees is cursory in nature and cannot under any circumstances be construed as advice. You further accept that no contract is formed between you and HelpMees and that consequently HelpMees accepts no liability for the snapshot review provided. The snapshot review will be provided in good faith through the use and interrogation of the data you provide.

4. HelpMees reserves the right to refuse to provide the snapshot review to you for any reason without notice.
